Membership Options

$110 a month for unlimited workouts.

$150. Enjoy any 10 classes on the 5A Fitness Zone schedule. Valid for 75 days from the date of purchase.​​​​

$210 a month. Includes unlimited workouts for one adult and one adult or child over the age of 16 in the same household.

All memberships (with the exception on the punch card) also require a sign up fee of $39 and a yearly fee of $39. A 30 day notice is needed for cancelations.
