Come experience the best of both worlds: Studio style bootcamp classes and traditional group fitness workouts all under one roof! Community, challenge, and fun injected into your weekly workout regime.

Class Descriptions

Reps & Sets
This 45-minute bootcamp strength training day is programmed to ensure you train your major muscle groups in a smart and effective way. We take Personal Training concepts and programming and apply them to a large group training setting. This workout will help you shift the composition of your body and overall strength.

360
This 45-minute full body functional strength training bootcamp workout will challenge strength that mimics everyday patterns.

Sweat
This cardio, core & mobility workout will be around 40 minutes and will help you improve your cardio endurance, agility, core strength and keep you mobile! You can expect to work for 25-30 minutes and actively stretch to finish off this workout. This class will be done in a variety of ways - on the spot, stations and split room teams!

Group Active
A comprehensive workout for all movers; cardio on a step, strength, balance and mobility all in 60 minutes. Adjustable dumbbells and a customizable step make this class ideal for new and life-long exercisers, because everyone deserves a healthier, more active life!

Group Power
A full-body endurance strength training hour that makes you muscle strong and movement strong! Using an adjustable barbell, plates, and your body weight, you’ll experience traditional exercises from the weight room plus three-dimensional integrated movement training for results in real life .

5A Live Strong
What is 5A Live Strong? This is our 5A Fitness Zone “senior programming”. If you know you want more than chair fitness, but need a little more time to transition between moves, this might be for you. You will build bone density, confidence in movement patterns, stability, and endurance all in a supportive and fun environment. Call or message to see if this option is right for you.

Membership
Our Live Strong program is set up for you to have flexibility to choose how often you train from week to week and select what formats you feel best fits your unique needs. This schedule structure allows us to ensure that the workouts are programmed in a way so you can choose to come every day and not overtrain a specific muscle group. It also allows you to come only to workout formats you want.

Our Live Strong membership gives you the freedom to come as often as you want. It also gives you access to attend any class on our 5A Fitness Zone schedule (except Reps & Sets)! However, Fitness Zone members can’t come to the Live Strong hour. We know that everyone is at a different level and has different needs when it comes to fitness, so we want you to feel in control of mixing and matching to meet your needs.​

Please take note, if you are not a senior but perhaps are starting a fitness journey and know you might need a little more time to build any of the skills in the description, this might be a great starting spot for you. Don’t hesitate to ask about this option.​
